This role is central to managing patient treatment planning and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding recommended treatment plans and facilitate financial arrangements.
- Build and nurture relationships with patients and team.
- Make sure every patient leaves with an appointment and payment.
- Follow up with patients to ensure full schedule and enhance satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a front-office dental role.
