Now Hiring: Treatment Coordinator:

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and a passion for service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Manage daily schedules to support production goals.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans following the dentist’s diagnosis.
  • Verify dental benefits, discuss pre-estimates, and present fees to patients.
  • Accurately enter insurance and benefit information into Dentrix.
  • Collect and post payments, manage patient records and documentation.
  • Call patients to schedule treatment or follow up on unscheduled care.
  • Maintain timely communication with patients who miss appointments.
  • Support marketing and referral relationship-building initiatives.
  • Provide backup support to office team members as needed.
  • Stay informed about all services offered by the practice.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 2+ years dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Dentrix and dental terminology (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Able to collaborate well with all team members and departments.

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Full-time position | Monday–Saturday availability.
  • Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (1–2 Saturdays/month).
  • Pay Range: $30-40/hour, depending on experience.
