We are looking for a Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) who brings warmth, professionalism, passion for service and has least 3 years of dental assisting experience. RDA certification is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and strives for excellence in both attitude and performance. This is a long-term opportunity to grow with a practice that values heart, integrity, and innovation.
Responsibilities:

- Preparing for patient care (tray setups, stocking rooms).
- Assisting dentist with procedures.
- Charting
- Scheduling patients for next visit.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- 1-3 years of Dental experience is a must.
- Dentrix experience is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time position | Monday–Saturday availability.
- Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (1–2 Saturdays/month).
- Pay Range: $20–$40/hour, depending on experience.
